Application
This alloy has been widely used for aviation, ground, and offshore gas turbine working blades, guide blades, and cast turbines working
below 900 ºC, as well as for diesel and gasoline engine turbocharged turbines and hot extrusion molds. The alloy has been proven to
have stable metallurgical quality and reliable performance through long-term production and usage practices of over a thousand tons
from more than ten manufacturers. Widely used as turbine blades and guide vanes for various aviation engines. When the alloy is used
for a long time under hot corrosion conditions, it must have a protective coating.
This powder is produced in spherical form, which makes it highly suitable for applications like additive manufacturing (3D printing),
thermal spraying, and powder metallurgy. Its spherical shape ensures excellent flowability and packing density, which are critical for
precision manufacturing processes.
