SYN-AKE acts as an effective anti-wrinkle active product mainly by relaxing facial muscles. SYN-AKE acts on the postsynaptic membrane and is a reversible antagonist of muscle nicotinic acetylcholine receptors. SYN-AKE binds to subunits of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors, thereby blocking the binding of acetylcholine to the receptor, resulting in persistent receptor blockade. In the closed state, sodium ions cannot be ingested, cannot be depolarized, and nerve excitation transmission is blocked, so the muscles at the wrinkles are relaxed, thereby reducing wrinkles, and at the same time increasing the moisture and nutrition of the skin to protect the skin in an all-round way.

1. SYN-AKE acts as an effective smoothing and wrinkle active by relaxing facial muscles in a manner consistent with the neuromuscular blocking compound Wagelrin 1 of Temple Viper.
2. SYN-AKE acts on the postsynaptic membrane and is a reversible antagonist of the muscle nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nmAChR). 
3. SYN-AKE combines the ε subunit of nmAChR to block the binding of acetylcholine to the receptor, which eventually leads to receptor blockade. In the closed state, sodium ions cannot be ingested, can not be depolarized, nerve excitation is blocked, and muscles are relaxed.
