TD-1 (Transdermal peptide) is a short peptide that can promote the delivery of macromolecule drugs, especially protein drugs, through the skin barrier. TD-1 can significantly improve the transdermal delivery efficiency of protein drugs such as insulin and human growth hormone, allowing them to reach systemic circulation. The addition of the exogenous competitor can also cause a decrease in the transdermal delivery of Transdermal Peptide (TD 1 (peptide))-hEGF. Therefore, ATP1B1 played a key role in the peptide-directed drug delivery across the skin.
